We offer 1- 2 BUSINESS DAYS FREE WEEKDAY delivery on orders over $99.99 before tax for Calgary, Airdrie, & Chestermere. All deliveries are weather dependent, for the safety of our staff.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory, it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

STORE PICKUP ORDER POLICY

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 7 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
