RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note: Sareya Beauty does not accept returns only exchange or in store credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchange of items that are new and unused condition when accompanied by an original Sareya Beauty receipt/invoice/packing slip/manuals or accessories within 30 days of purchase date.
Product condition:

- If the packaging has been bent, wrinkled, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, altered with, or is not in its original condition, the product cannot be exchanged.
- Items must be in its original state, sealed (not altered, worn or damaged in any way). We do not accept returns or exchange of damaged, altered, products without seal or those with broken seal.
****The items must be returned for exchange or store credit in its original condition and in original packings
Conditions/exceptions
The following items are final sale (we do not accept exchange or in store credit): Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

- All wigs, ponytails, clip in extensions
- Sale items
- All Cosmetics and Jewelry
- Beauty equipment or tools (combs, flat irons, hair dryers etc.)
- All products that are not sealed
- All products that can be tried on (example- durags, bonnets, scarfs) we do not have the ability to determine if they were worn or not.

Exchange - in store ONLY

Visit any Sareya Beauty store where item is sold to get in-store credit/exchange only within 30 days of purchase. Please bring the following: an original packing slip, sareyabeauty.com Order or Shipping Confirmation email.

Returns by Mail (We do not provide a return label unless the product was damaged, missing during the packaging, or a defective item was sent to the customer. - Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All of these claims can range from 1 to 8 business days to be resolved after claim is submitted.
